Use some of the links below to learn about the region.  Use the postcard template to have the students draw a picture of some aspect of the region and write about it on the back of the postcard.  Postcard link.

Learn about penguins and then draw one using the tutorial below.  

Go through the DK Antarctica site as a class (or use other resources below).   Make a list of important words for the region.  Make a word-search as a class (online word-search).  The print them out and have fun!
